A desktop application for clinician researchers

Clinical statistics and AI interpretation, running on your own computer.

ClinStat AI pairs a deterministic R engine with an AI layer you configure yourself. The numbers are trustworthy, the explanation is readable, and patient-level data never leaves your machine.

The ClinStat AI welcome screen showing quick-start cards for sample data, data import, and learn-more, above four bundled clinical sample datasets.

What you get

A focused statistical workbench — not a general-purpose stats package, and not a black box.

35+ statistical analyses

Frequentist and Bayesian methods — from t-tests and chi-square to Kaplan–Meier, Cox regression, mixed models, and propensity-score adjustment — each with assumption checks and effect sizes.

Publication-ready output

Tables and 300-DPI figures styled for manuscripts, exported to Word or Excel in one click. CONSORT and STROBE reporting checklists come pre-filled.

Reproducible R code

Every result exports standalone, runnable R code with package versions and random seeds, so your methods section documents itself.

Guided analysis flow

Describe your research question in plain language. The wizard proposes an analysis plan you can review, adjust, and run.

AI interpretation, locally

A language model you host drafts plain-language summaries and methods text. It receives aggregated results only — never row-level data.

Private by default, offline-friendly

All computation runs on your machine with no cloud vendor involved. Bundled sample datasets take you from install to results in seconds.

How it works

From download to your first analyzed result in three steps.

  1. Install

Run the Windows installer and accept the evaluation license. The R statistical engine ships inside the installer — no separate setup.

  2. Load data

Import CSV, Excel, SPSS, SAS, or Stata files, or click one of the bundled sample datasets to start immediately.

  3. Get results

Pick a test or ask a question in plain language. You get the tables, the figures, an AI interpretation, and the exact R code behind every number.
